To remediate a number of underperforming IT programs and projects related to the overarching company merger and integration program.

Further, to deliver a range of new initiatives also part of the integration program. At the time, it was the largest corporate merger taking place in Australia.

What we did

  • Corporate Tools Consolidation Program (including consolidation and improvements for major systems such as Jira, SharePoint, Slack, Confluence and others).
  • IT Service Management consolidation program including all major ITSM/ITIL process areas across technology organisation by designing, building and transitioning to a Greenfields instance of ServiceNow.
  • Enterprise Service Management consolidation design program addressing all non-ITSM related domains on an incumbent ServiceNow platforms.
  • Delivery of several large Multifactor Authentication projects covering a range of key SaaS platforms.
  • Re-initiation of a cyber security program consisting over 30 separate initiatives.
  • Program management of the cyber security program
  • Project management of all major active projects in the cyber security program (including project management of initiatives covering end-point projection, vulnerability management, consolidated firewall rule management, SIEM consolidation, file integrity management expansion, IDAM expansion, WAF and DDoS consolation projects, and many more).

Delivered outcomes

Pipefish and the client operated in a partnering model following engagement via the CIO and Integration Program Manager.

Pipefish successfully remediated and delivered a large number of key IT integration initiatives across multiple domains and was a trusted advisor on a range of key IT engagements.
